The CCD achieves Silver Award for Investors in Diversity.
The Convention Centre Dublin (The CCD) has achieved the “Investors in Diversity Silver Award” from the Irish Centre for Diversity.
In the last month, The CCD has been accredited as a Great Place to Work and with the Investors in Diversity Silver Award, demonstrating the venue’s commitment to a positive culture and an inclusive and diverse workplace environment.
The Investors in Diversity Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Mark is about listening to what employees have to say and understanding how people are experiencing culture within their organisation.
Commenting on the achievement Chief Executive of The CCD, Stephen Meehan said “Our people are always at the forefront. Being an inclusive employer with a positive workplace culture is key to our people strategy. We have been working with the Irish Centre for Diversity for over a year now and are delighted to receive this Silver Award, which will help to inform our long-term EDI plan and support us on this journey.”.
Recent achievements for The CCD include Europe’s Leading Meetings & Conference Centre 2024, certification from the ‘Great Place to Work’ programme, and retention of the KeepWell Mark.
