Workplace wellbeing

At The CCD, we take a holistic approach to wellbeing and encourage a positive work/life balance for our people. Our wellbeing committee hold a number of fun and exciting initiatives throughout the year, along with a number of other activities that carry on all year round.

Run Club
Our run club head out at lunch time twice a week and regularly hold "Couch to 5km" programmes for any new runners.
Yoga
We hold weekly yoga classes with all welcome all year round, as well as some special classes throughout the year, including sunrise and even rooftop sessions!
Mental Health Initiatives
Recent initiatives have seen Clann CDD take part in Movember, Say Hello - How are you?, Darkness into Light and many other mental health awareness workshops
Hikes & Walks
We regularly organise group hikes and walks around The CCD, Dublin and beyond!
Volunteer Days
We recognise that we all have a part to play within our local community. We actively take part in many clean up days and community initiatives in the area.
Charity Committee
Our charity committee works throughout the year raising funds and volunteering time to Clann CCD's chosen charity of the year.
DE&I Group
Within Clann CCD we represent over 20 different nationalities and we make sure to celebrate each and every one.
Wellbeing Weeks
We regularly host wellbeing weeks, supporting our people in every aspect of their lives, allowing them to be happy and healthy in the workplace and at home.
