Fitzers Catering named as one of Ireland’s ‘Best Managed’ Companies for the fourth time!

DUBLIN – 26 March, 2015 – Fitzers Catering Ltd. announced recently that it has been named as one of Ireland’s ‘Best Managed’ companies for the fourth year in a row in the Deloitte Best Managed Companies Awards Programme.

The programme, in association with Barclays Bank Ireland, recognises indigenous Irish companies across Ireland who are operating at the highest levels of business performance. Fitzers Catering received special recognition, the gold standard accolade, having secured the ‘Best Managed’ status for the fourth time. Commenting on the award, Barry Storey, MD, Fitzers Catering said, “We are delighted to collect the award, in particular because it is recognised as the Gold Award, being our fourth successful year in Deloitte’s best managed companies awards programme”.

The Best Managed Companies Awards Programme was created to recognise the overall success of a company, including management strength, ability to innovate, strategic initiatives and financial performance – all the elements that contribute to a Best Managed company. The ’Best Managed’ designation is an important marketing tool for the winning companies – but, perhaps most importantly, the award provides a reason to celebrate the efforts of the entire company.
